Right after the end of World War II, a Norwegian company sent experts to salvage the ship's wreck, in order to make the highly alloyed \u003cspan class=\"modal_lexicon\"\u003e\u003ca href=\"https:\/\/www.bokerusa.com\/lexicon-steel\/\" style=\"color: #000000;\"\u003esteel\u003c\/a\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e available for civilian purposes. Boker received some parts of the salvaged armoring of the Tirpitz. The subtle sheen of the gold plating catches the eye of the beholder.
