Collection: Olight ArkPro Ultra – 1,700 Lumen Flat EDC Flashlight with UV & Green Laser
The Olight ArkPro Ultra is the brightest light in the ArkPro line. It runs a 1,700-lumen pure floodlight alongside an 800-lumen spotlight that reaches 205 meters, then adds a UV light and a green laser on its own dedicated switch, all in the same flat body you can forget about in a front pocket.
Most of what the Ultra offers, the standard ArkPro offers too. Same 124 x 27 x 16 mm dimensions at 115 g. Same 2,000 mAh battery with up to 14 days on moonlight. Same dual charging over USB-C and Olight's MCC magnetic dock. What you're paying the extra $20 or so for is the highest output in the series and ArkBeat, a color-shifting LED beside the rotary that moves through seven colors as you rack up hours on the light.
The body is machined from Olight's O-aluminum, measured at 1.73 times the hardness of standard 6061. In practice that means it shrugs off the scratches and edge wear that make most pocket-carried lights look beat up within a few months. Rated IPX7 throughout.

ArkPro vs. ArkPro Ultra: What Actually Differs
- Output. The Ultra runs 1,700 lumens of flood against the standard ArkPro's 1,500. This is the one real spec difference.
- ArkBeat. Ultra only. A color-shifting LED beside the rotary that cycles through seven colors as you use the light.
- Price. Roughly $20 more than the standard ArkPro.
- Identical on both. Body size and weight, 2,000 mAh battery, 14-day moonlight runtime, dual USB-C and MCC magnetic charging, the 800-lumen 205m spotlight, UV light, green laser, O-aluminum construction, two-switch interface and IPX7 rating.
Best for:
- EDC users who want the brightest flat light in the ArkPro line
- Technicians, inspectors and electricians who want maximum flood on tap
- Buyers who like the ArkBeat indicator and want the flagship of the series
- Outdoor, camping and emergency preparedness kits
- Anyone cross-shopping the ArkPro and Arkfeld Ultra platforms
Olight ArkPro Ultra FAQs
What's the difference between the Olight ArkPro and the ArkPro Ultra?
Two things, and less than the naming suggests. Output goes from 1,500 to 1,700 lumens on flood, and the Ultra adds ArkBeat, a color-shifting indicator LED beside the rotary. Everything else carries over: same body dimensions and weight, same 2,000 mAh battery and 14-day moonlight runtime, same dual USB-C and magnetic charging, same 800-lumen 205-meter spotlight, UV light, green laser, O-aluminum construction and IPX7 rating.
Is the ArkPro Ultra worth it over the standard ArkPro?
For a lot of buyers it's a close call. You won't see the difference between 1,500 and 1,700 lumens with your eyes, and the battery and charging are the same on both. The Ultra makes sense if you want the top of the line or you like the ArkBeat indicator. If neither of those grabs you, the standard ArkPro gives you the same four light sources and the same runtime for about $20 less.
How many lumens is the ArkPro Ultra?
1,700 lumens on pure flood, plus an 800-lumen spotlight rated to 205 meters. Like any compact light, turbo steps down after a few minutes to manage heat.
What is ArkBeat?
It's an indicator LED next to the rotary selector, and it's the one feature you only get on the Ultra. The color changes based on how long you've used the light, cycling through seven colors before resetting to white. After that you can pick whichever color you want.
How long does the ArkPro Ultra battery last?
Up to 14 days on moonlight, around 13 hours on medium flood, and roughly 10 hours on medium spot. The standard ArkPro uses the same cell and carries the same ratings.
How do you charge the ArkPro Ultra?
Two ways. USB-C gets you to full in about 1.5 hours, and Olight's MCC magnetic dock connects at the tail. That tail magnet is strong enough to hold the light up on its own. Worth knowing: dual charging is standard across the ArkPro series, not something the Ultra adds.
How durable is the O-aluminum body?
Olight machines it from an in-house alloy they measure at 1.73 times the hardness of standard 6061. It resists the scratches and edge wear that make most pocket-carried lights look worn within a few months.
Is the ArkPro Ultra waterproof?
Yes, rated IPX7 for immersion in up to a meter of water for 30 minutes.
Does the ArkPro Series Holster fit the Ultra?
Yes. It's sized for the ArkPro, ArkPro Ultra and ArkPro Lite, with both a belt clip and a 3M adhesive mount.
