The Benchmade 7505-131 Gold Class Dual Action is a Shane Sibert designed limited edition of only 100 pieces. Its crowned, two-tone finished 3.90" M390 drop point blade carries a hand polished convex edge and a Lightning Strike carbon fiber accent, matched to bronze anodized machined titanium handles, thumb studs, and pocket clip with Lightning Strike carbon fiber scales. Benchmade 7505-131 – Frequently Asked Questions
What is a dual-action knife?
A dual-action knife opens both manually and automatically. The Benchmade 7505-131 Gold Class Dual Action opens with its thumb studs like a manual folder, or fires automatically when the titanium bolster is pressed to release the concealed spring.
What is Lightning Strike carbon fiber?
Lightning Strike carbon fiber weaves fine conductive metal strands into the carbon fiber cloth, giving a subtle metallic shimmer in the weave. The Benchmade 7505-131 uses it for its handle scales and as an accent on the blade and pocket clip.
How many Benchmade 7505-131 knives were made?
Benchmade produced the 7505-131 Gold Class Dual Action as a numbered limited edition of just 100 pieces, making it one of the rarest knives in the 7505 family.
Are automatic knives legal?
Automatic knife laws vary by state, county, and city. Check your local laws before purchasing or carrying a dual-action automatic like the Benchmade 7505-131 Gold Class Dual Action.
What is Benchmade Gold Class?
Gold Class is Benchmade's flagship limited production tier, using premium steels, exotic materials, and hand finishing. The Benchmade 7505-131 shows this with its hand polished convex edge and bronze anodized titanium.
Does Benchmade sharpen the 7505-131 for free?
Yes. Benchmade's LifeSharp service will re-sharpen the Benchmade 7505-131 Gold Class Dual Action to a factory edge for the life of the knife.
Where can I buy the Benchmade 7505-131?
Going Gear is an authorized Benchmade dealer based in the USA. The Benchmade 7505-131, made in Oregon City, Oregon, is a discontinued 100-piece limited edition, so availability is limited to remaining stock and the collector market.
