In 2013 Klecker Knives and Tools introduced their newest knife kit which is easy to assemble and comes in multiple colors. Reminiscent of the old model airplane kits you might have made as a kid, all the pieces are molded together in one tray of parts right here in the Pacific Northwest. They are easy to assemble; just break apart the pieces, trim off the burrs and put the kit together. Not only does it make a great tool for teaching about knife safety, it doubles as a handy letter opener as well.
