The NITECORE HC70 headlamp is NITECORE's first ever headlamp with an external battery pack unit for extended runtimes. The HC70 is specifically designed for time demanding activities where a long battery life and extra durability is a necessity like caving, camping, climbing, search and rescue and more. Illuminated by a blinding 1000 lumen CREE XM-L2 U2 LED that's capable of providing light up to 199 yards throw distance, the HC70 headlamp is ready to light up any environment you take on. The external battery pack provides an extra long runtime - up to 220 hours - and doubles as a power bank, so you can conveniently charge any Micro-USB device on-the-go.
The HC70 can be operated using 2x 18650 batteries or 4x CR123A batteries. The unit can easily be powered on and off using either the external battery pack power button or placed into standby via separate control on the headlamp unit. An easy-to-use push button single switch can be used to control 5 brightness levels and 3 special modes. The HC70 is also impact resistant up to 1.5 meters and is IP67 waterproof certified, so you never have to worry about what the weather throws at you.
